During the first appointment, we take 90 minutes to inteview you to find out your needs, hopes and dreams for your new space. We measure the current space and take pictures so we will have impressive before and afters shots.
Do not clean for us, we want to see your space in the way you live in it.
We will give you immediate feedback as to how things will improve.
In between the first and second appointment, we are busy sketching with old fashioned pencil and paper 6-8 different options for the new kitchen or bath.
Then we come back to you for a 2nd appointment called "The Contractor Brainstorm" where we review the options that we sketched up with a skilled labor professional on hand. This professional is there so that we can make sure we are not going "off the deep end" with our creativity. Sometimes this contractor has ideas that we did not even see.
At the 2nd appointment, you are sure to fall in love with at least one of our ideas, you'll make changes, want to add a few things, take away others.
The work is not done yet.
At the 3rd appt, called "Final Plan Delivery" where we deliver the final plan for your new kitchen or bath complete with 3D images. At this appointment you will choose your cabinets and make a 50% downpayment.
What we are offering for this silent auction is the 1st and 2nd appointment ($375 value). The 3rd appointment is $300 but that goes towards the cabinetry order.
